mySheet Privacy Policy, the short version
Effective date: 2 October 2026 Version: 1.1
mySheet is a timesheet and workforce records service run by Logix 26 Pty Ltd (ABN 71 649 099 730). This summary covers the main points. The full Privacy Policy applies.
Your employer controls your work records
Businesses use mySheet to record their workers' time. Your employer decides what is recorded and which features are on, and must give you its own workplace privacy notice. We hold those records on your employer's behalf and help both of you with requests.
What we hold
- Your name, email address, date of birth, phone, address and next-of-kin details.
- Pay rates, wage history, leave, availability and rosters.
- Your TFN, BSB and bank account number (all encrypted at field level), bank account name and superannuation details.
- Timesheets and jobs, and customer signatures captured on jobs.
- Payroll settings such as your tax scale and student and training support loans (STSL) flag, and two-factor authentication secrets and recovery codes if you turn that on.
- Your location while you are on shift, and job site arrival and departure events, if your employer uses them. The mobile app can record location in the background during a shift. Location sent while you are off shift is discarded.
- Clock-in selfies with their location, if your employer's plan includes them and they are switched on.
- IP addresses and device details in sign-in, consent, audit and other service logs.
mySheet is not a payroll system. It does not send your TFN to Xero or to the Australian Taxation Office.
Who else handles it
Our application servers and database are in Sydney, Australia. We use providers for sign-in, file storage, payments, email, error monitoring, push notifications, maps and cookieless website analytics, and, if your employer connects it, accounting software such as Xero. Some of these providers process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information. A list of our providers and where they are located is available on request at [email protected].
If you sign in with Google
We receive your name, email address, profile picture address and Google account identifier from Google, and use them only to create and secure your account, sign you in, show your name to you and your employer's authorised users, send you service emails and keep security records. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. mySheet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can delete your account in the app or email [email protected].
How long we keep it
Records stay available to your employer while its subscription is active. Employers must keep time and wage records for 7 years and must export their own copies. When a business cancels, or a trial ends without a subscription, we aim to delete its data and files 60 days after cancellation takes effect (or 60 days after sign-up for a trial that does not convert). Automatic deletion is not yet operating, so information may remain beyond this target; we delete on request, by hand, within the times stated in our Privacy Policy. Our full retention rules are in the Account Deletion and Data Retention Policy.
Your choices
- Turn off location access in your device settings at any time. This stops new collection but does not delete existing records.
- View, download or delete your own data in the app, or email [email protected].
- We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and respond within 30 days.
- If you are unhappy with our response to a complaint, contact the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
